With the changes happening during COVID-19, it might be hard to get into your daily routine. But you need to take care of not just your mental and physical health, but also practice good dental hygiene. If you\u2019re not, you could put yourself at risk for various infections, which are harder to take care of when you\u2019re unable to see a dentist. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your dental hygiene care during all of this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

First, brush twice a day at least. This is good to get rid of the bacteria that\u2019s within the mouth which will form plaque.  While it is a long developmental process, this can damage your teeth, leaving you with more issues later on.  Tartar for example will trap the stains, cause discoloration of the teeth, and this is harder so it will make it more difficult to remove the bacteria and plaque. You can get this removed by a professional, but it does cost money and might not be possible during this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
